About Us
Open Water Post is a boutique post-production studio in East Nashville, founded in 2020.
We handle offline editorial, color grading, finishing, and VFX for commercial, documentary, narrative, and branded work.
We operate from a facility in East Nashville with two dedicated edit bays and a color/finishing suite.
The studio is small by design — the people who take your call are the people doing the work, and projects don't get handed down a chain.
Creative perspective and technical command live in the same room.
Small doesn't mean limited.
We work from our own facility and server infrastructure, and extend a project team beyond the building when scope demands it — bringing on additional editors, assistants, or finishing artists without the constraint of physical rooms.
We staff to the project, not to the building.
